Please take a moment to read our cancellation policies. This will help us ensure a great experience for you and allow us to serve you better. Thank you!
To secure your event date, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit guarantees your reservation and helps us prepare for your special occasion. All deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 before your event, and we will be happy to assist you in finding a new date.
For face painting, I can accommodate up to 12 individuals per hour, while for caricatures, limit is 10 per hour. These numbers may vary depending on the design and complexity.
